Director of Digital Enablement

Job Summary

Leading the transition to a centralized customer success function, the full-time Director of Digital Enablement will manage digital platform adoption and value realization for OneSource Lab Solutions, focusing on customer relationships, retention, and professional services while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own customer relationships for digital platform adoption, translating utilization data into business terms during account reviews
• Partner with commercial teams to identify and act on expansion opportunities while building a professional services function for platform deployment and support
• Develop metrics and playbooks for account health and value realization, recruiting and managing the professional services team as it grows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, life sciences, or a related field
• 10+ years of leadership experience in customer success, account management, or operations within healthcare, biopharma, or laboratory services
• Experience managing field-based and back-office teams across a multi-site organization
• Proven ability to translate operational data into business value for enterprise customers
• Familiarity with laboratory operations or scientific instrumentation is a plus
