Job Summary
Leading the digital experience strategy, the remote Director of Digital Experience will manage the user experience across global digital properties, setting standards and governance while collaborating with various teams to enhance customer journeys and drive measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Own the experience layer across veeam.com, defining customer journeys, interaction models, and navigation standards
- Lead user research and discovery efforts, translating findings into content structures and journey maps
- Drive continuous improvement by blending qualitative insights with performance data to enhance user experiences
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in user experience or digital experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven ownership of a large-scale, multi-language corporate website or digital ecosystem
- Experience connecting user experience work to measurable business outcomes
- Hands-on fluency with enterprise content management and web analytics tools
- Experience building and governing a user interface kit or design system
