Job Summary

Owning the vision for integrated digital experiences, the remote Director of Digital Experiences will manage the enablement strategy, focusing on AI-driven solutions and community engagement to enhance customer and partner interactions while driving measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the integrated digital experience strategy and architecture across various platforms and user journeys
• Lead the implementation of AI-driven experiences and personalization capabilities to enhance user engagement and support
• Transform community engagement into a strategic growth engine that ties directly to business outcomes such as adoption and retention

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in enablement, learning, or customer/partner experience at scale with a focus on business outcomes
• Strong background in designing integrated digital experiences across multiple platforms and AI interfaces
• Demonstrated ability to unify training, certification, and community into a cohesive experience
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams, particularly in Product and IT, to drive project delivery
• Hands-on experience with AI and conversational interfaces in a customer experience context
