Required Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of experience in managing multichannel direct marketing programs in a nonprofit setting
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing budgets
• Deep understanding of direct marketing fundraising and analytics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with fundraising databases
