Job Summary

Director of Digital Fundraising is a full-time leadership position responsible for developing and executing digital fundraising and advocacy strategies, overseeing a team, and driving online revenue and supporter engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and implement integrated digital communication strategies for fundraising and advocacy
• Lead the strategy and execution of digital campaigns to engage and retain advocates and donors
• Manage and mentor a team of digital fundraising and advocacy professionals

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital fundraising and advocacy campaigns
• 7+ years of team and departmental leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields preferred but not required
• Proven success in managing high-volume digital campaigns
