Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Digital Health Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the operational roadmap for new services and category expansion
• Establish governance structures for new initiatives and align cross-functional teams
• Serve as the primary operational owner for external partners and manage performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• BA required; MBA preferred, with a background in strategic operations and analytical thinking
• 5-9+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or complex program leadership
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder initiatives across various functions
• Strong operational design instincts and experience with external vendors
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making
