Job Summary

Leading the strategic growth of digital marketplaces, the full-time Director of Digital Marketplaces will manage marketplace channel P&Ls, oversee performance analytics, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance brand presence across platforms such as Amazon and TikTok Shop.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute long-term marketplace growth strategies while managing agency partners for optimization and performance accountability
  • Oversee performance reporting and data integrity across key performance indicators, integrating paid media strategies into acquisition plans
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive storytelling, optimize inventory management, and enhance customer engagement post-purchase
Required qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in eCommerce or marketplace management, preferably with high-growth consumer brands
  • Proven track record of developing marketplace strategies on platforms such as Amazon and TikTok Shop
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Shopify and Amazon Seller or Vendor Central
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data for performance optimization
  • Leadership capabilities with experience in building high-performing eCommerce teams
