Director of Digital Operations

Job Summary

To support a new Global Business Services (GBS) operating model, the full-time Director of Digital Operations will design and manage the enterprise execution layer, ensuring effective delivery of transformation initiatives and continuous improvement across GBS operations, both remotely and onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full delivery of GBS transformation initiatives, converting strategy into organized plans and outcomes
• Own and maintain a rolling portfolio of transformation and improvement initiatives, partnering with GBS leadership to prioritize based on business value
• Act as the main program coordinator across Finance, HR, IT, and Operations, ensuring alignment on scope, timing, and execution approach

Required qualifications

• 12-18+ years of experience in digital operations, automation, or enterprise transformation
• Demonstrated ability to drive enterprise change without formal authority
• Proven experience in building workflows, orchestration, or automation from scratch
• Hands-on experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Power Platform, or UiPath
• Experience working across multiple enterprise functions, preferably in Finance
