Director of Digital Operations

Job Summary

Driving the adoption of automation and AI-enabled operations, the full-time Director of Digital Operations will execute and scale digital operations and service enablement capabilities across Managed Services in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Leads execution of automation, observability, and ITSM initiatives to enhance service delivery efficiency
• Partners with architects and operations leaders to ensure operational readiness and service monitoring
• Monitors service performance metrics and drives continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced service quality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 8+ years of experience in Managed Services or IT Services operations
• Demonstrated experience implementing observability, automation, and AI capabilities
• Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM frameworks and monitoring platforms
• Familiarity with AI-driven operations and performance monitoring frameworks
