Director of Digital Portals

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Digital Portals & Self-Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the vision for dealer and consumer portal modernization
• Lead end-to-end delivery of portal modernization initiatives, including UI consolidation and feature enhancements
• Manage vendor relationships and act as the primary liaison between various departments to ensure seamless execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 7 years in digital product management or transformation with experience in leading complex initiatives
• Proven ability to deliver portal modernization or large-scale digital platforms
• Strong technical understanding of authentication, API integrations, and chatbot/IVA solutions
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
