Key Responsibilities

• Drive the ideation, development, and support of digital capabilities and experiences across various platforms
• Lead and coach product managers and teams in translating guest experiences into actionable product artifacts
• Ensure successful delivery and continuous optimization of digital product capabilities through effective prioritization and team collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years in eCommerce, digital product, design, or engineering roles, with at least 4 years in a leadership position
• Bachelor's degree required; MS/MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
• Significant experience in leading teams to market high-quality digital products
• Experience with headless content management systems and analytics
• Demonstrable portfolio of eCommerce products in the market
