Director of Digital Product Management

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time remote Director of Digital Product Management will drive the adoption of the Digital Product Operating Model (DPOM) by embedding with product teams, enhancing product strategies, and ensuring measurable outcomes through hands-on coaching and capability building.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of product management catalysts to improve product outcomes and accelerate DPOM adoption
• Perform hands-on product management responsibilities, clarifying user and business problems while defining measurable outcomes
• Accelerate DPOM adoption through coaching, practical application of product standards, and upskilling cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 8 years, or Bachelor's degree and 10 years in Digital Product Management, Product Leadership, or Digital Transformation
• At least 4 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams and projects
• Progressive experience in digital product management, including product strategy and outcome measurement
• Strong product leadership experience in complex, cross-functional environments
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and shift teams toward outcome-oriented product management
