Director of Digital Product Operations

Job Summary

To support Amgen's mission, the full-time remote Director of Digital Product Operations will establish, scale, and continuously improve the Digital Product Operating Model (DPOM), overseeing the operating infrastructure that facilitates the transition from projects to products across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain the DPOM playbook, defining standards, practices, and governance for product management
• Lead research and recommendations for digital tools that support DPOM, ensuring alignment with enterprise needs
• Track and report on DPOM adoption, maturity, and effectiveness, providing data-informed insights for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 8 years, or Bachelor's degree and 10 years in Digital Product Management or related fields
• At least 4 years of experience in a leadership role managing teams or projects
• Progressive experience in product operations or digital product management within large organizations
• Strong understanding of product management practices, including roadmaps, OKRs, and portfolio planning
• Experience in driving the adoption of enterprise tools for product management
