Director of Digital Products

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Digital Products to lead and scale its expanding software-as-a-service business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of enhancements for the existing SaaS platform
• Oversee the development of new digital products and ensure high-quality customer experiences
• Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and engagement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of SaaS leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a director-level position
• Proven success in scaling SaaS products and driving revenue growth
• Strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics such as ARR and churn
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
