Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related healthcare experience required; clinical experience a plus
• 10-12+ years of experience in client-facing, program management, or operational leadership roles
• Deep expertise in medical record retrieval, risk adjustment, and healthcare data workflows
• Proven ability to design and execute strategic plans that drive measurable outcomes
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including managing remote teams of 3+ direct reports
