Director of Digital Publishing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Digital Publishing to lead the execution and improvement of digital curriculum delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end digital publishing process, ensuring accuracy and quality of curricular content
• Lead complex, cross-functional projects, managing timelines and workflows across teams
• Manage and support the Digital Content team, setting clear expectations and providing guidance for high-quality execution

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of work experience, with emphasis in K-12 education, curriculum publishing, or project management
• At least 3 years of experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Experience managing and developing a team responsible for executional work
• Proven ability to improve workflows and operational systems
• Familiarity with K-12 digital content, publishing, or edtech, including CMS tools and digital asset management
