Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of product business analysts, setting clear goals and fostering a collaborative culture
• Oversee product strategy and roadmap management, prioritizing features and ensuring alignment with enterprise initiatives
• Lead systems implementation, coordinate with IT and business units, and maintain the product backlog

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on Executive lines preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a related role within the property & casualty insurance industry
• Experience managing teams and leading systems implementations
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Working knowledge of insurance operations and regulatory requirements
