Job Summary

To help grow and scale Method's Healthcare practice, the full-time salaried Director of Digital Solutions will manage a portfolio of healthcare accounts, drive new business, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure value creation for clients, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own relationships with key stakeholders at healthcare clients and identify expansion opportunities
• Translate client business challenges into digital product strategies and provide subject matter expertise on proposals
• Serve as engagement lead on active healthcare accounts, coordinating with project managers to ensure quality outcomes

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in digital consulting, product, or agency roles
• Meaningful experience in healthcare, including health systems, MedTech, or pharma
• Proven ability to build and grow senior client relationships
• Strong communication, solutioning, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with how healthcare organizations evaluate and procure digital services
