Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director - P&C Digital Strategies Implementation (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of product business analysts, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
- Oversee systems implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Engage with stakeholders to identify system efficiencies and develop change management plans for new implementations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in Executive lines
- 5+ years of experience in a related role within property & casualty insurance
- Experience managing teams and leading systems implementations
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Working knowledge of insurance operations and regulatory requirements
