A company is looking for a Director - P&C Digital Strategies Implementation (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of product business analysts, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Oversee systems implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify system efficiencies and develop change management plans for new implementations


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in Executive lines
  • 5+ years of experience in a related role within property & casualty insurance
  • Experience managing teams and leading systems implementations
  • Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Working knowledge of insurance operations and regulatory requirements
