Job Summary
To elevate a dynamic civic movement, the full-time remote Director of Digital Strategy will manage social media strategy, paid media initiatives, and audience insights while driving engagement and growth across multiple platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that enhance community engagement and growth across all platforms
- Lead paid media strategies, including audience targeting and creative testing, to optimize campaign performance and budget allocation
- Analyze campaign insights and performance data to inform future strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Required qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in digital strategy, growth marketing, or paid media with a strong portfolio
- Deep fluency in major social and digital platforms with a proven track record of driving audience growth
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies
- Experience leading paid media campaigns and managing budgets and external agencies
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with a genuine enthusiasm for the Builders mission
