Director of Digital Strategy

Job Summary

Driving innovation in digital solutions, the full-time remote Director of Digital Strategy will create and implement a comprehensive digital strategy and roadmap, enhance stakeholder engagement, and lead a digital team to optimize customer experiences across all markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a digital strategy and roadmap while promoting digital evolution across the organization
• Establish objectives and success metrics for performance measurement, reporting, and analysis
• Direct and manage a digital strategy team and external vendor partners to support digital initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of ten years of experience in managing and delivering digital solutions and services
• Proven experience in digital strategy, social media, and customer-facing digital solutions (web, mobile)
• Expertise in creating digital experience roadmaps that align user needs with business objectives
• Strong analytical skills with a successful track record of managing large projects under tight timelines
