Job Summary
To drive digital transformation in the Federal space, the full-time remote Director of Digital Systems will manage and commercialize an enterprise-grade digital portfolio, focusing on CAD/CAM, additive manufacturing, and machine connectivity while leading strategic partnerships and a high-performing team.
Key responsibilities
- Build, scale, and commercialize a digital portfolio encompassing various advanced manufacturing technologies
- Lead go-to-market strategies and engage directly with manufacturing leaders to implement integrated digital transformations
- Inspire and grow a high-performing team while managing strategic partner networks within Military/DoD ecosystems
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in digital systems within the manufacturing industry
- Advanced proficiency in CAD/CAM, MES, additive manufacturing software, and IIoT platforms
- Strong knowledge of data analytics, AI/ML applications, and cybersecurity technologies
- Expertise in CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be a US-born citizen due to customer requirements
