• Define the architecture of the Marketing Technology ecosystem, focusing on Sitecore and integrated platforms
• Lead platform modernization initiatives and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital platforms or marketing technology
• 7+ years in senior leadership roles managing enterprise-scale platforms
• Deep expertise with Sitecore XP, XM Cloud, and composable DXP architectures
• Experience in designing and governing complex marketing technology ecosystems
• Ability to balance strategic vision with pragmatic execution
