Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of IT, Digital Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with long-term business goals
• Oversee enterprise data warehouse, business intelligence, and analytics initiatives to enhance data-driven decision-making
• Drive modernization across disparate enterprise ERP systems, ensuring integration and process standardization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital transformation, IT leadership, or enterprise technology roles
• Strong background in aerospace & defense or complex manufacturing environments
• Proven experience integrating and optimizing disparate ERP systems within enterprise operations
• Experience implementing data governance frameworks and driving data stewardship across the organization
