Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Digital Retail Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business unit and technology leaders to design the delivery journey across Sales and Service
Transform strategic priorities into implementation actions with the Sr. Product Owners and Transformation team
Create executive-level communication materials to articulate program status and progress towards value realization

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Transformation and Strategy roles within consulting or insurance organizations
Strong understanding of operational processes in the life insurance industry
Experience with customer experience-based process design and journey mapping
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
Certifications such as PMP or Agile are a plus
