Director of Digital Workplace

Job Summary

Leading the transformation of workplace technology, the remote Director of Digital Workplace & End User Services will architect an AI-centric digital environment, drive zero-touch automation, and enhance employee experiences through innovative IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect the AI-Centric Digital Workplace by integrating generative AI into daily workflows
• Drive Zero-Touch Automation to create a self-healing ecosystem for device management and security
• Lead the end user support function, enhancing IT service management and self-service capabilities

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of IT leadership experience, including 2 years at the Director level in relevant fields
• Proven experience managing technology platforms as products with a focus on user adoption
• Deep familiarity with modern endpoint management and AI/automation tools
• Strong change management skills to facilitate transitions to new workflows
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical visions to executive leadership
