Director of Digital Workplace

Job Summary

Seeking a forward-thinking leader, the remote Director of Digital Workplace will manage the integration of AI into employee workflows, enhance the digital employee experience, and drive automation initiatives to create a zero-touch operational model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect the AI-Centric Digital Workplace by integrating generative AI and intelligent agents into daily workflows
• Champion the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) through sentiment-based metrics to ensure technology enhances employee productivity
• Drive Zero-Touch Automation by overseeing the automation of device lifecycle management and IT service processes

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years in IT leadership, with at least 2 years at the Director level in infrastructure or end-user services
• Experience managing technology platforms as products, focusing on user adoption and feature development
• Deep familiarity with modern endpoint management and a proven track record of implementing AI/automation tools
• Ability to drive organizational change and help employees transition to AI-augmented workflows
• Demonstrated experience managing AV environments and familiarity with enterprise networking concepts
