Director of Diligence Reporting

Job Summary

Overseeing the SFR diligence and reporting workflow, the full-time Director of Diligence Reporting will manage a team of analysts, ensure accurate reporting for internal and external clients, and coordinate client communications, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and oversight of the SFR reporting team, ensuring timely and accurate diligence reporting
• Conduct training, support, and monitoring of the Capital Market Dashboard while handling client communications and reporting
• Perform valuation analyses and manage billing reports, certifications, and quality control for SFR clients

Required qualifications

• 10 years of experience in SFR reporting and/or file review
• 5 years of prior real estate experience with knowledge of real estate valuations
• Expertise in GRCCU and Micro strategies Systems
• 3 years of supervisory experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
