Job Summary
To lead the Arbitration solution, the full-time Director of Dispute Resolution will oversee departmental operations, manage staff performance, and develop policies to ensure high-quality service to clients and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Direct management of staff performance, including training and mentoring to ensure quality results
- Develop and implement short- and long-term goals, policies, and procedures in line with industry trends and legislative requirements
- Compile and analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and operational efficiencies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years' experience in the healthcare industry, including 2 years in a leadership role
- Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
- Knowledge of provider billing and collection practices
- Strong analytical and independent decision-making skills
- Familiarity with effective negotiation principles and commonly used medical data resources
