A company is looking for a Director of Distributed Energy Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of demand response and storage programs to meet goals and ensure client satisfaction
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and professional development
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to maintain relationships and support business development efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, energy, policy, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 12 years of work experience, including at least 5 years in leadership of multigenerational teams
• At least 5 years of experience in program implementation, ideally in demand response and/or storage
• Familiarity with the North American DERs market, particularly in California
• Experience in managing operational teams and understanding software development needs
