Director of Distributed Energy Resources

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Distributed Energy Resources (DER).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance management across multiple programs
• Provide leadership and direction to Program Managers to ensure high-quality program execution and monitor performance
• Support strategic planning and business development efforts, identifying risks and shaping new opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in program, portfolio, or operations management
• 7+ years of experience leading teams, including managing managers
• Strong financial and operational acumen, including budgeting and forecasting
• Proven ability to manage multiple programs or portfolios simultaneously
