Director of DMPK
Job Summary
Leading the DMPK and translational pharmacology function, the full-time salaried Director of DMPK will develop strategies for candidate selection and clinical translation while collaborating across disciplines in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement DMPK strategies to support drug development from lead optimization through clinical studies
- Oversee and interpret DMPK studies, ensuring integration of data into overall program strategies
- Manage external CROs and partners, ensuring quality and compliance in DMPK and regulatory submissions
Required qualifications
- Ph.D. in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals, with a focus on DMPK strategy
- Proven track record in leading DMPK for drug discovery and development programs
- Experience with regulatory submissions related to DMPK and clinical pharmacology
- Ability to mentor scientists and lead cross-functional teams effectively
