Job Summary
Leading the strategic development and management of the Docketing Department, the full-time Director of Docketing Services will oversee standardized processes, ensure timely litigation deadline management, and collaborate with various teams to optimize docketing technologies in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the long-term vision for the Docketing Department, including team recruitment and training
- Direct daily operations, ensuring high-quality service through effective staffing and resource allocation
- Oversee compliance with litigation deadlines and partner with the Office of the General Counsel for quality assurance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or paralegal certificate preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of litigation docketing experience in a large law firm
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in centralized docketing or risk management
- Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and operational initiatives
- Extensive knowledge of court rules and experience with enterprise docketing systems
