Job Summary

Director of Donor Advancement leads the strategy and execution of a monthly giving program in a full-time salaried position, focusing on donor acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through various fundraising channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies to enhance the monthly giving program
• Manage a team of fundraising professionals and external vendors to optimize donor engagement and retention
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on data insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in development or fundraising, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of monthly giving and subscription program best practices
• Expertise in DRTV and face-to-face canvassing strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage diverse teams effectively
