Director of Donor Development

Job Summary

Experienced in donor relationship management, the full-time remote Director of Donor Development will ensure data integrity, analyze reports for actionable insights, and mobilize supporters to drive mission impact and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and steward donor relationships to achieve revenue goals and expand mission impact
• Identify and secure corporate partnerships and volunteer leadership to enhance fundraising efforts
• Lead market staff in executing event strategies and maintaining a year-round revenue pipeline
