Director of Donor Development

Job Summary

To drive mission impact and revenue growth, the full-time remote Director of Donor Development will manage donor relationships, develop corporate partnerships, and lead volunteer engagement efforts while ensuring data integrity and reporting for strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and steward donor relationships to maintain and grow a diversified revenue portfolio
• Collaborate with market leadership to identify, recruit, and engage qualified volunteer leaders for mission impact and fundraising efforts
• Utilize data analysis to evaluate performance metrics and implement action plans for achieving revenue goals

Required qualifications:

• Proven success in cultivating and securing major gifts and corporate partnerships
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships across various sectors and communities
• Experience in recruiting and retaining high-level volunteer leaders and board members
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate staff
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
