Director of Donor Development

Job Summary

Experienced in donor relations and revenue growth, the full-time Director of Donor Development will manage donor relationships, mobilize volunteers, and drive mission impact while working remotely in South Florida.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and steward donor relationships to achieve revenue goals and mission impact
• Identify and secure corporate partnerships and volunteer leadership to enhance fundraising efforts
• Lead market staff in executing fundraising events and engaging volunteers year-round

Required qualifications:

• Proven success in cultivating and securing major gifts and corporate partnerships
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships across various sectors and communities
• Experience in recruiting and retaining high-level volunteer leaders
• Strong leadership and management skills with a focus on motivating teams
