Director of Donor Development

Job Summary

To support mission-driven initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Donor Development will manage donor relationships, drive revenue growth, and mobilize volunteers while ensuring data integrity and analyzing reports to implement action plans.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and steward donor relationships to achieve revenue goals and mission impact
• Identify and secure corporate partnerships and volunteer leadership to enhance market revenue
• Collaborate with market staff to execute fundraising events and engage volunteers effectively

Required qualifications:

• Proven success in cultivating and securing major gifts and corporate partnerships
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships across various sectors and communities
• Experience in recruiting and retaining high-level volunteer leaders
• Strong leadership and management skills with a focus on motivating staff
