Director of Donor Engagement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Donor Engagement to lead philanthropic strategies and donor relations for the ICF Foundation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive annual fundraising plan and campaigns
• Oversee donor engagement programs and manage the Coaching Education Scholarship Program
• Supervise the Program Manager and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve philanthropic goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, nonprofit management, or a related field
• 5+ years of fundraising, donor relations, or development experience within a nonprofit organization
• 2+ years of experience with major gifts strategy and solicitation
• Experience engaging and managing volunteers (preferred)
• Familiarity with donor databases (preferred)
