Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Drivers of Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of the Drivers of Health strategy, aligning with enterprise priorities
• Design, launch, and scale pilots addressing key drivers of health, such as nutrition security and transportation
• Build and manage a multidisciplinary team to support pilot design, implementation, and evaluation

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, public health, or related fields
• Master's degree in public health, health policy, business, or a related field strongly preferred
• Strong expertise in health insurance and scaling programs in a healthcare organization
• Proven experience designing and scaling innovative programs or pilots in a corporate setting
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills
