Director of Duals Strategy

Job Summary

Supporting the Southeast Region, the full-time Director of Duals Strategy will coordinate the enterprise-wide dual eligible strategy through execution, implementation, and innovation to drive growth in dual membership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate strategic and business plans for duals product lines in collaboration with product organizations and markets
• Drive innovation by creating new models and partnerships to maintain leadership in the duals spectrum
• Manage strategic projects to meet state and federal program objectives while ensuring effective communication among stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree in healthcare administration or business preferred
• 7+ years of progressive and relevant healthcare experience
• Previous experience supervising staff and coordinating large, multifunctional project teams
