Director of Duals Strategy

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing end-to-end program management, the full-time remote Director of Duals Strategy will develop national duals strategy and public policy priorities while building relationships with internal leaders and external stakeholders to influence key policy decisions.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage effective internal and external relationships to garner support and feedback from state and federal decision-makers
• Develop policy-informed strategies and playbooks to advance duals strategy across multiple markets
• Advise on regulatory matters and oversee stakeholder advisory groups to ensure aligned communication and effective program design

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required; 5-7 years of industry experience preferred
• Background in health policy, healthcare analytics, business, economics, law, or related fields preferred
• Experience in program or project management, regulatory or compliance roles, and federal/state policy
• Strong data analysis and public speaking skills
• 0-3 years of supervisory or management experience
