Director of E-commerce
Job Summary
Driving digital commerce growth, the full-time salaried Director of E-commerce will manage Zones' e-commerce platforms, enhance customer adoption, and collaborate cross-functionally to increase online revenue and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital commerce growth plans to drive revenue and customer adoption
- Lead customer discovery conversations to enhance procurement processes and increase platform utilization
- Collaborate with various teams to align digital commerce initiatives with business priorities and improve customer experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, E-commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in e-commerce, retail/e-commerce sales, or digital sales in a technology solution provider environment
- Proven experience driving adoption and revenue growth through B2B e-commerce platforms and digital procurement tools
- Strong understanding of B2B sales motions, customer procurement workflows, and digital customer experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, CRM platforms, and business reporting tools
