Director of EAP Operations

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end operational delivery of Expanded Access Programs, the full-time Director of EAP Operations will integrate Program Management and Site Management into a scalable model while driving operational excellence and commercial growth in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the EAP Program and Site Management teams to ensure compliant and efficient delivery across clients and geographies
• Translate strategic goals into capacity planning, organizational design, and hiring priorities
• Establish governance processes, including KPIs and performance reviews, to manage risks and ensure quality oversight

Required qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience managing expanded access programs
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks related to Expanded Access Programs
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams
• Experience in market access settings and multi-country reimbursement strategies is a plus
• Strategic thinker with strong execution focus and stakeholder management skills
