Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of customer-facing experience, including 5+ years in management roles at a SaaS company
- Proven track record of achieving revenue retention and expansion targets
- Experience leading teams serving startup customers
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Experience in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage SaaS environment
