Job Summary
To support the growth of Enhanced Care Management programs, the full-time remote Director of ECM Quality Management will build and lead the operational quality infrastructure, focusing on quality standards, audit readiness, and workforce education across various health plan partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement the ECM operational quality management program, establishing enterprise-wide quality standards and best practices
- Lead organizational readiness for audits and oversee internal audit programs to ensure compliance and quality in documentation
- Develop and oversee onboarding and education programs for ECM staff, ensuring alignment with operational goals and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, care management, or quality operations
- 3+ years of leadership experience in managing operational quality, audit, or performance improvement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of CalAIM ECM requirements and Medi-Cal managed care operations
- Demonstrated experience in building clinical education and quality improvement processes in high-growth healthcare environments
- Hands-on experience with regulatory compliance and knowledge of quality metrics and performance trends
