Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director/Senior Director of eCommerce to lead and scale their digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team across digital product, UX/UI design, site content, and development
• Own the end-to-end digital strategy and roadmap for the eCommerce experience, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Oversee site performance, digital merchandising, and conversion optimization to drive measurable results

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital product, or DTC operations
• 5+ years leading high-impact digital product, engineering, and UX/UI design teams
• Deep expertise in Shopify Plus and headless architecture
• Proficiency in analytics tools and performance data interpretation
• Proven experience in project management and strategic decision-making
