Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of the Enterprise Constituent Relationship Management Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance and oversight throughout the eCRM phases, ensuring alignment with business needs and enterprise goals
• Develop and implement governance models and multi-year strategic roadmaps focused on innovation and enhancing the constituent experience
• Build and nurture partnerships across departments and with external vendors to enable efficient CRM solutions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in supervisory roles
• Proven experience in leading strategic CRM or digital transformation initiatives
• Strong financial acumen and budget management capabilities
• Expertise in defining and measuring program impact and ROI
• Experience with the Salesforce platform is highly desired
