Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Education Impact Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve customer engagement models and adoption best practices
• Manage and scale a high-performing team of Education Impact Consultants
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and product adoption

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Customer Success or related fields, with 4+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in leading teams in multi-product SAAS environments
• Strong understanding of customer success methodologies and user adoption best practices
• K12, Government, or Public sector experience required
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
