Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Education, Public Health, Instructional Design, or related field required
• Five to seven years of experience in healthcare education, program management, or innovation; nephrology/dialysis experience preferred
• Strong familiarity with healthcare learning technologies and regulatory requirements
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects and organizational change initiatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with project management tools preferred
